Shipping Policy

We offer a flat shipping rate for all orders within the United States, and our shipping service typically delivers within 15 to 20 business days. Most items ship on the 15th day after purchase.

If your shipping address requires a specific logistics partner, such as an address that only receives US Postal Service, please contact our customer support team. We will ensure your package is shipped out smoothly.

If your package is delayed in transit, we kindly request that you wait five business days from the date of delay before requesting a refund or exchange. This is to allow the logistics company sufficient time to complete the delivery.

Express Shipping:

Currently, we do not offer express shipping. If you require faster delivery than 5-8 business days, please contact our customer support team for an express shipping quote. We do not offer free express shipping and will not offer it in the future.
